Will Drinking More Water Help You Lose Weight?

Your report will then be sent via email analyzing 104 potential symptoms, giving you a much deeper insight into the cause-effect relationship of your body issues. It's free and very enlightening.

Dr.Berg talks about if drinking more water can cause weight loss. Water is zero calories, and one might think it will help with weight loss. Not everyone needs to drink one gallon of water. Drink water only when you are thirsty. When you drink water when you are not, it can be dangerous. It can dilute electrolyte from your body, which might cause weak muscles, headaches, brain swell and an increase of death. If you do drink water when you are not thirsty, add electrolyte to it. Do not drink sports drinks, they contain artificial flavors, little to no sodium and other chemicals.
